Charleigh Gadd v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Charleigh Gadd filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on November 15, 2023, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on January 15, 2020, June 12, 2020, and March 12, 2021.
