Taryn Keeshan v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Taryn Keeshan filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, L.K., alleging injury following human papillomavirus vaccinations received on July 29, 2021, October 26, 2021, and July 15, 2022. Because no decision on the merits had been issued within the statutory timeframe, the petitioner was notified of her option to withdraw the petition.

On October 13, 2023, Taryn Keeshan elected to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, concluding the proceedings.
