Joseph Meier v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Joseph Meier filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on November 15, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving two doses of the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine on February 10, 2020, and March 10, 2020. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

On November 9, 2023, Mr. Meier timely filed a notice to withdraw his petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
