Kylee Carleson v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Kylee Carleson filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on January 19, 2023, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on February 21, 2020. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.
