Isabella Domotor v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Isabella Domotor filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on November 30, 2022, alleging injuries from a human papillomavirus vaccination received on June 19, 2020. As no decision had been issued within the statutory timeframe, Isabella was notified of her option to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.
