Jenna Raimond filed a petition for compensation on November 22, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on March 26, 2021. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.
