Catherene Carone v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Catherene Carone filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, N.C., alleging injury from a human papillomavirus vaccination received on February 17, 2020. The petition was filed on November 7, 2022.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her option to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On July 7, 2023, Petitioner elected to withdraw the petition.
