Heather Harbison v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Heather Harbison filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 27, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on October 30, 2020. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On July 7, 2023, Heather Harbison elected to withdraw her petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded.
