Charles Yocum v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Charles Yocum filed a petition on behalf of his minor child, N.Y., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus vaccination on April 6, 2020. The petition was filed on October 25, 2022.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that he could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On June 27, 2023, the petitioner elected to withdraw the petition.
