Melissa Abbott v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Melissa Abbott filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, M.A., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus vaccination on July 17, 2019. The petition was filed on October 25, 2022.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or allow it to remain before the special master. On June 27, 2023, Melissa Abbott elected to withdraw the petition.
