Chase Clarke v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Chase Clarke filed a petition for compensation on October 17, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on December 20, 2019. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of their options to either withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On June 15, 2023, Chase Clarke elected to withdraw the petition. The court granted this request, and the proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
