Halyn Dutcher v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Halyn Dutcher filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 13, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on November 5, 2019.
