Sandra Beasley v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Sandra Beasley filed a petition for compensation on behalf of her minor child, M.T., alleging injuries following human papillomavirus vaccinations received on July 16, 2020, and July 20, 2022. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of their options to either withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On June 13, 2023, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
