William Eskew v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

William Eskew filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on September 28, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on October 15, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of his options.

On May 30, 2023, Mr. Eskew timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted his request to withdraw the petition, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
