Alexandra Hamilton v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Alexandra Hamilton filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on September 26, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on April 16, 2020. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On June 23, 2023, Ms. Hamilton timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw. Accordingly, the proceedings on the merits of this petition are concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
