Jennifer Knight v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Jennifer Knight filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, L.K., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus vaccination on December 11, 2019. The petition was filed on September 26, 2022.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued. On June 9, 2023, Jennifer Knight filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
