Parker Eskew v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Parker Eskew filed a petition on September 19, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on August 15, 2019. The case proceeded under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued. On May 18, 2023, Parker Eskew timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.
