RULING ON ENTITLEMENT1 On September 14, 2022, Jama Dilbeck filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, 42 U.S.C. §300aa-10, et seq.2 (the “Vaccine Act”). Petitioner alleges that she received an influenza vaccine on October 8, 2020 and suffered Guillain-Barre Syndrome (“GBS”) thereafter. Petition at 1.
