G.S. v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Ashley and Nicholas Stevens filed a petition on behalf of their minor child, G.S., alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on October 12, 2018, and April 2, 2020. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioners were notified that they could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On May 5, 2023, the petitioners elected to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted their request, and this order concluded the proceedings on the merits, with no judgment to be entered by the Clerk's Office.
