Carolyn Olivares v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

On August 30, 2022, Carolyn Olivares filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, G.F., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination on September 17, 2020. The case proceeded under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

As no decision on the merits had been issued within the statutorily allowed timeframe, the petitioner was notified of the option to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On May 15, 2023, the petitioner elected to withdraw the petition.
