Matthew Laurenzi v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Matthew Laurenzi filed a petition for compensation on August 29, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on December 2, 2019. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

On April 28, 2023, Mr. Laurenzi filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request and ordered that proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
