Eric Conway v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Eric Conway filed a petition on August 29, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on February 25, 2019. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of their options.
