Valeria Betancourt v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Valeria Betancourt filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on August 22, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on September 9, 2019. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.
