Soriely Flores v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Soriely Flores filed a petition for compensation on August 18, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on August 19, 2020. As no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her options to either withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On May 5, 2023, Soriely Flores elected to withdraw her petition. Accordingly, the Chief Special Master granted her request, and the proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
