L.Q.G. v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Marie Gonzalez and Pedro Quiles, on behalf of their minor child L.Q.G., filed a petition on August 17, 2022, alleging that L.Q.G. suffered injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on September 3, 2019. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioners of their options.

On April 27, 2023, the petitioners elected to withdraw their petition. The Chief Special Master granted their request to withdraw, concluding the proceedings.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
