Austin Degrange v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Austin Degrange filed a petition for compensation on August 15, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on June 5, 2020. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.
