Amanda Flores v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Amanda Flores filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, J.F., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus vaccination on July 29, 2019. The petition was filed on August 15, 2022.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her options to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On April 12, 2023, Amanda Flores elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, and this order concluded the proceedings. No judgment on the merits was entered.
