Kristin Homovich v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Kristin Homovich filed a petition on May 3, 2023, on behalf of her minor child, K.B., alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on August 11, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the statutorily allowed time, the petitioner was notified of her option to withdraw the petition.

On April 28, 2023, Petitioner elected to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request and ordered that proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded.
