Sharon Chung v. HHS - Influenza, neuropathy to her left arm (2024)

Sharon Chung filed a petition on August 5, 2022, alleging that she suffered injuries, including neuropathy to her left arm, as a result of a flu vaccine she received on September 30, 2019. She submitted medical records with her petition.

Respondent filed a Rule 4(c) report on January 4, 2024, arguing the case was not appropriate for compensation. On May 16, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal.

Accordingly, the case was dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Vaccine Rule 21(a), and judgment was not to be entered.
