Jennifer Smith v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Jennifer Smith filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, A.P., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus vaccination on August 5, 2019. The petition was filed on April 4, 2023.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On March 30, 2023, Jennifer Smith elected to withdraw the petition.
