J.M. v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

John and Pasha Marlowe filed a petition on July 29, 2022, on behalf of their minor child, J.M., alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on August 20, 2019. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioners were notified that they could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On March 27, 2023, the petitioners elected to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted their request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
