Joseph Schmucker v. HHS - Tdap, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2024)

Joseph Schmucker filed a petition for vaccine compensation on July 28, 2022, alleging he suffered a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) after receiving a Tdap vaccine on October 26, 2020. He claimed the residual effects of this condition lasted for more than six months.
