Valerie Allen v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Valerie Allen filed a petition on March 30, 2023, on behalf of her minor child, K.A., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus vaccination on December 2, 2019. The petition was filed under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Because no decision on the merits had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her options to either withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.
