Julia Foran v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Julia Foran filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on June 24, 2022, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on April 15, 2019, June 27, 2019, and October 1, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising that the petitioner could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On February 22, 2023, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
