Maiah Faapouli v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Maiah Faapouli filed a petition for compensation on June 24, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on October 24, 2019, and January 6, 2020. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising that the petitioner could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On February 22, 2023, Maiah Faapouli filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The court granted her request to withdraw the petition, and therefore, proceedings on the merits of this petition are concluded.
