Maryam Ahmadi v. HHS - Tdap, other (2022)

Maryam Ahmadi filed a petition alleging an adverse reaction to a Tdap vaccination received on August 19, 2020. However, she later submitted a notice of voluntary dismissal, acknowledging that this case was a duplicate of an earlier filed case (no. 21-300V) and that she intended to proceed with that other case.

In light of the voluntary dismissal, the Chief Special Master dismissed this case without prejudice. No judgment on the merits was entered, and proceedings on the merits are concluded.
