Imani Corbett v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Imani Corbett filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on June 3, 2022, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on June 3, 2019, November 1, 2019, and November 30, 2020. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

On February 4, 2023, Imani Corbett filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request and ordered the conclusion of proceedings.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
