Harmony Calhoun v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Harmony Calhoun filed a petition for compensation on May 23, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on May 29, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising that the petitioner could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.
