Madeleine Chapman v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Madeleine Chapman filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on May 19, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on May 21, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising that the petitioner could withdraw the petition or allow it to remain before the special master.

On January 19, 2023, Madeleine Chapman timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, the proceedings on the merits of this petition were concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
