Stephanie McCoy filed a petition for compensation on May 12, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on May 14, 2019. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.
