Sharon Scott v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Sharon Scott filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, S.S., alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on April 30, 2019, and November 8, 2019. The petition was filed on January 4, 2023.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her options. On December 30, 2022, Sharon Scott elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, concluding the proceedings. No judgment on the merits was entered.
