Hanah Hilton v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Hanah Hilton filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, J.G., alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on August 10, 2021. The petition was filed on December 21, 2022.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified of the option to withdraw the petition. On December 20, 2022, Hanah Hilton filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
