Aura Beattie v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Aura Beattie filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, E.C., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus vaccination on June 17, 2019. The petition was filed with the Court of Federal Claims on November 30, 2022.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified of the option to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On November 29, 2022, Aura Beattie elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted this request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
