Logan Dunn v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Logan Dunn filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on November 30, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on January 25, 2021. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), Logan Dunn was notified that he could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.
