Elizabeth Roberts v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Elizabeth Roberts filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, R.R., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus vaccination on July 30, 2019. The petition was filed with the Court of Federal Claims on November 22, 2022.

Because no decision on the merits had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified of her option to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On November 22, 2022, Elizabeth Roberts timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
