J.G. v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Jennifer and Brian Goldson filed a petition on behalf of their minor child, J.G., alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on June 15, 2018, and April 9, 2019. The petition was filed on November 3, 2022.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioners of their option to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On November 2, 2022, the Petitioners filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
