Meredith Perry v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Meredith Perry filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, L.P., alleging injury following an HPV vaccination on March 15, 2019. The petition was filed on November 2, 2022.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On October 31, 2022, the petitioner elected to withdraw the petition.
