Maxwell Manley v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Maxwell Manley filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 27, 2022, alleging he suffered injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on March 15, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), Maxwell Manley elected to withdraw his petition.

The Chief Special Master granted his request to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, proceedings on the merits of this petition were concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
