Fahtima Isaac v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Fahtima Isaac filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on November 2, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on March 18, 2019. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her options to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On October 31, 2022, Fahtima Isaac filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw.
