Denise Warburton v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Denise Warburton filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, C.C., alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on August 28, 2020. The petition was filed with the Court of Federal Claims on October 24, 2022.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified of the option to withdraw the petition. On October 17, 2022, Denise Warburton elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
